Smoothie Recipe (people keep tasting and asking)
kale (3-4 big leaves or equivalent…I like lacinato/dinosaur best)
spinach (handful)
handful frozen mango chunks
4-6 frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 banana
juice of 1/2 lime or 1 whole small lime
2 oz or so of kefir, or plain yogurt
3-4 oz of orange juice, or an orange
tsp of flax seed oil
tsp of chlorella if I have it around
sometimes I grate ginger in there too
water if needed for it to mix in the VitaMix
makes 16 or maybe 20 oz
